2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
Ans:- Experience & Leadership:
I started my journey in the Army in the 6th term as Lt 2 then progressed to Commander than Major then Colonel ,BG Of hrt followed by Major General of HRT . Each role has helped me develop strong leadership skills, decision-making ability, and the experience to guide soldiers effectively. These experiences have prepared me to take on the responsibility of leading the Army with confidence and dedication.
Vision for the Army:
I aim to build an Army where every soldier knows their responsibilities, feels motivated, and takes pride in their contribution. Discipline, teamwork, and respect will be the foundation, while creating an environment where each member can grow, contribute, and feel valued. My goal is to make the Army efficient, united, and respected, ensuring everyone understands the importance of their role.
Strengthening the Team:
A leader’s effectiveness comes from the strength of their team. I will focus on creating a skilled, confident, and motivated unit, where communication, trust, and mutual respect are priorities. By fostering unity and collaboration, I want the Army to be one of the most organized, disciplined, and admired departments in RP

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:- Attendance & Engagement:
Monitor soldier activity closely, reward those who are active and committed, and provide guidance or warnings for members who remain inactive.
New Recruit Training:
Implement structured training programs covering Army rules, RP standards, and mission procedures, ensuring recruits are confident and prepared from day one.
RP Operations:
Focus on realistic mission-based RP, such as patrols, robbery protection, and ghetto patrolling, with proper planning, execution, and reporting to maintain quality and discipline.
Promotions & Recognition:
Promotions will be based on performance, duty hours, and RP contribution, rather than just time served. Outstanding soldiers will receive recognition and rewards.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Maintain strong coordination with MP and Special Ops, organizing joint missions to enhance teamwork and overall RP quality.
Civilian Interaction:
Soldiers should always act professionally and respectfully, even outside the base, representing the Army positively and maintaining RP standards.
