• I want to make Media active and alive again
Nowadays Media is not so active like before. I have seen many people not taking interest in Media because of low activity and less events. I want to bring that charm again. My goal is to make Media department active daily and show to all city that Media is one of the most creative and hardworking organization.
• I like to do creative and communication work
I always enjoy making posters, ads and doing creative things. I like to talk with people and make content which connects citizens. Media is best place where I can use these skills to make something good for whole city.
• I want to lead and help new members to grow
I have seen many members who joins Media but they don’t get proper guidance. I want to make sure every member gets training, respect and proper knowledge how to work and how to do RP. My leadership will focus to make every member confident and proud of being part of Media.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
• Give training and divide departments properly
We should make small teams like Advertisement, Creative, and Journalism and give proper training to each one. So everyone know their work and can do RP in better way.
• Start more RP related activities and events
We can do interviews, news coverage, small RP events like City Talk Show or Media Festival. It will make Media more famous and fun.
• Keep friendly and respectful environment
Sometimes people take things serious and get toxic. I will make sure there is no fight or disrespect among members. Everyone should enjoy the work and support each other like a team.
• Give rewards to hardworking members
I will add weekly bonus or rewards system for those who work properly. It will motivate everyone to stay active and do better work.
