2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I want to be the leader of media because I have a good experience of media from NOVA NUB term in media and I have experience of high command and I was Director of ADS in media in MTG and Maddy OG term also and doing hard work .
1. **Love for storytelling:** I've always loved telling stories, reporting on events, and voicing the community. Being a part of the media crew allows me to turn RP moments into reality and showcase what's going on all around the city in a fun and creative way.
2. **Having a good team:** I wish to have a media department that functions together in harmony, where everyone has a place and an opportunity to grow. My aim is to lead the team, inspire them, and provide a positive environment where everyone can enjoy his or her niche in the RP world.
3. **Speaking up for RP Grand:** Media can influence the perception of people regarding the city. I'd like to leverage that influence to propagate good RP, speak positively about player initiatives, and bring the server to life with articles, broadcasts, interviews, and creative material.
Q2. Your advice to improve RolePlay within the organization.
Focusing on quality over speed is one of the most effective ways to enhance RP. Members need to spend time developing detailed, realistic scenes rather than rushing through them. Additionally, recurring RP-based events such as interviews, live events, and city reports can add depth and interest for players. Lastly, promoting communication among departments and educating new members about RP standards can promote consistency and ensure higher levels of RP within the organization.
