Ans:
(i) My vision for Los Nómadas: I want to be the leader of Los Nómadas because I have a vision to make Los Nómadas the best gang amongst the four gangs. I would focus on expanding our influence in the city and building a reputation that represents loyalty, strength, passion and success.
(ii) My experience and knowledge: I have a good experience in leadership because I'm a high command in hospital. I have experience in managing a group of people. I know how to inspire and motivate my members. As the leader of Los Nómadas I can perfectly coordinate gang events, make a good communication amongst the gang, resolve conflicts between the gang members and listen to the curator's orders and comply with their requirements. Most important thing is my knowledge about the rules of rp. I learned every rules of rp. Mainly ghetto rules which is extremely important for a gang.
(iii) Focus on team growth: My main focus would be helping every member of my gang to grow and thrive instead of focusing on my personal power. My target is to perform so well that our salary would be the best. Then our members will get opportunities to earn, grow and reach their success! It will ensure loyalty of our gang members.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:
(i) Immersive Storylines: I will teach my members to make their own backstories of their character and integrate them with our gang's story/narrative. This will ensure a more engaging and dynamic roleplay, where every member will feel connected to the story.
(ii) Making interactions realistic: I would encourage realistic roleplay in daily gang events and fights. Every member should act according to their character's roleplay biographies, strengths, weaknesses. This will improve our roleplay.
(iii) Hosting RP Events: I would host RP events on a regular basis, like gang meetings in our hq, recruiting gang members from the city together.
(iv) IC rather than OOC: last but not the least. I would try to do everything in IC instead of OOC. I will teach all of my members to focus on doing things in IC. By this we will not have to OOC as much.
