2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.I want to be the next Leader of PD because based off of what I have seen recently, there has not been many good and strong PD terms and this organization has not been under the strongest leaderships, I plan on making this term very active like it use to be and have the most skilled individuals be apart of my term and to lead all events to make sure the organization is reaching its full potential and completing its duties to its fullest.
2.Since I have passed experience of PD around 2 to 3 terms (In saad's and sahil' term) . So I am able to develop a good leadership skills and best planning to get the PD to their highest potential apart from this I have a very good communication skill which help me to get engage with the employees and make them more active .
3.Whenever I have joined the any organisation I just focus on the work of that specific organisation which helps in the running the organisation smoothly
I'll make sure no conflict situation in that organization , if there will any of that situation I ever handled without any favouritism and give the best solution out of it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First advise that I have for improving her in the organization is to full hold the situation and pretend as if it is a real situation such a speaking with scared impression while bring Rob and serious if serious situation.
Another advice is stay constant with the organisation the activity to ensure every thing is being some smoothly and that there is no issue within organisation.
For improving the RP level people can also use their surrounding and environment to create some fun are the scenario so that everyone have food time.
I will ask my officers to do daily Check points , ghetto patrolling and city patrolling which helps the citizen to feel them safe and secure in the City.
I will start hiring everydays and schedule training section daily wise which will help the new comers to handle the complex situations.
I'll conduct small in every few days for my officers so that they can have fun and enjoy the RP of organization.
I will make different department such as:
Internal affairs (IA)
Human Resources (HR)
Traffic Enforcement (TE)
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
