Ans-I want to be the Leader of Media because I’ve already been working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and I understand every part of the organization very well. I know how to handle all the important tasks — posting ads, writing articles, doing promotions, taking payments, dealing with the curator, and even filling money logs.
First, I want to become the Leader so I can bring more discipline and structure. I’ve noticed that many employees don’t properly know the rules, so I plan to make a detailed rule book that clearly explains everything. This will help everyone understand their duties and follow proper procedures.

Ans-To improve RolePlay in Media, we first need to focus on training and proper guidance. Many employees don’t know the correct RP standards, so I’ll start regular training sessions where members learn how to post ads, create reports, conduct interviews, and promote events realistically.
I also plan to add new and stricter rules so everyone stays disciplined and active. Members will need to follow RP formats, meet deadlines, and behave professionally. This will make our RP look more realistic and organized.
Lastly, I’ll appreciate and reward the members who stay active, work hard, and follow RP rules properly. This will motivate others and help the whole organization grow together. My main goal is to make Media a strong, professional, and respected organization where every member knows their job and enjoys doing it.
