1: With 3 terms of experience in the Hospital Department, I have gained a deep understanding of its inner workings and have developed strong leadership skills that will enable me to effectively lead the team.
2: I am committed to eliminating unfair practices and promoting a culture of equality, respect, and fairness within the department, where every member feels valued and rewarded for their contributions.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
- I would setup Medical Campaigns which would spread medical awareness all around the city, which would ultimately result in the well-being of citizens as well as the promotion of medical treatment all over the city.
- I will make sure my team will attend every event so it will increase the level of RP. Moreover, I will be arranging a PR team for arranging new events for citizens with the help of our PD/FBI, so the level of RP increased.
- To avoid a shortage of doctors, my FTO team will organize three open recruitments in every week and offer efficient training to ensure that the RP is both serious and fun.
