1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an Assistant because I love helping others and supporting the management team in maintaining discipline and smooth operations in the organization. I want to be the person who ensures that every task is done properly and that players have a positive and fair RP experience.
Being an Assistant also gives me the chance to learn leadership skills, handle responsibilities, and improve my communication with both staff and members. I want to contribute to the growth of the organization by being active, loyal, and professional in every situation.and i know how to assist the players I am work in state organization as a HOD-HR in HP DHOD- HR in pd currently I am in FBI as a HOD-HR.
2. What are your strengths?
Ans: My main strengths are communication, teamwork, leadership, and discipline. I can easily interact with players, solve problems calmly, and maintain a respectful attitude in every situation. I’m also very active and responsible, which helps me complete tasks on time and support my team effectively. I always try to stay loyal, professional, and positive, even in tough situations. I believe in helping others, learning new things, and improving my RP skills every day to make the organization better and more organized.
