Q.2: Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation).
Ans.
1.Good knowledge: I have past experience of Hp in En server as a HOD in hp more than 2 terms, have sufficient about hp internal rules.
2.Leadership skills: Having good leadership skills, because I already lead an organisation as a leader in En server and also many times as a deputy leader.
3.Most active organisation: Hp is one of the most active and main organisation of city. To increase activities and to make it one of the best org of city.
Q.3: Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organisation.
Ans.
1. Firstly a leader should experienced
deputies who have past experience of Hospital (Ems) on recruiting only those peoples who have knowledge about rules and they know how to be in Roleplay later giving chance and encouraging new players to have a good hospital experience.
2.To improve rp org have to announce two or three teams
of different timezones so hospital will be 24x7 active and citizens also get the treatments or other services and it will improve rp.
3.To improve rp have to make some bonus
systems so our staff also not get bored and they show dedication for their work and work truly, announcing employee of the week who done his best in that week, so other employees also interact after seeing this.
4. Helding meetings
weekly to get some reactions and to get exp from our employees how their work going on ,for their needs , and get some tips from them also to improve rp.
