1. Person attechment: I have personal attechment with this organisation as I was a deputy for this gang I worked with my passion for this organisation and I want to continue serving for this organisation as a leader this time. I learn by mistakes that were made in the past term.
2. Legacy of This gang: I have been seeing this for 2 term this gang legacy which were made by there past leader is actually huge and I want to continue that with my passion and I want to continue showing this legacy to the whole city and the domination in the city.
3. My desire to Grow with other:
My motive for being a leader is to grow with the peoples around me as I was deputy of los nómadas previously that time also I tried to help everyone and I always tried to give people's exposure of leading and what's the work of a leader by conducting gang meetings and all
My advice for improving roleplay
1. We can make a good rivalry between other 3 gang by doing good rp without taunting each other ooc it will help everyone to make a healthy community and grow better
2. We should give a chance to new player who doesn't know the rp by giving them the lesson for rules of rp in gang meeting and we can have good rp and successful events...for me successful events are not only winning we play toghether without spreading hate and have fun together no matter if we win or not the motive of play should be having fun.
