1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I truly enjoy helping others and supporting the smooth functioning of the RP community. I’ve been a dedicated and active player for a long time, and I’ve always admired how the administrative team maintains discipline, professionalism, and fun in the city. I wish to be part of that team — to contribute my skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience.
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the Media Department, I’ve gained a lot of experience in management, coordination, and event organization. I’ve handled recruitment, trained members, managed public communications, and helped maintain order and quality within the department. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to handle situations calmly and effectively.
I believe my maturity, experience, and dedication make me well-suited for an assistant role where I can support both staff and players — ensuring a respectful and well-managed environment. My main goal is to serve the city, assist the team in maintaining discipline, and make RP Grand an even better community for everyone.

My biggest strengths are my leadership skills, communication abilities, and sense of responsibility. I have strong experience in handling teams and resolving conflicts professionally. As the COO of Media, I’ve worked closely with many departments, understanding how coordination and teamwork create a strong and efficient system.
I am also very organized and active, which helps me manage multiple tasks at once — whether it’s assisting new players, handling reports, or maintaining order. I’m also a good listener and always open to feedback, which allows me to learn and improve continuously. My positive attitude and discipline help me stay calm under pressure, even in difficult situations.

My biggest weakness is that I sometimes take on too many responsibilities because I like things to be done perfectly. This can make me overwork myself at times. However, I’ve been improving in managing my time better and delegating tasks when needed. I also tend to be strict about rules because I value fairness and order, but I’m learning to balance that strictness with understanding and flexibility when necessary.
Overall, I see my weaknesses as areas where I can continue to grow, and I’m constantly working to turn them into strengths.
