2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
•In the last term i.e (till dec,02) As a high command, I was involved in handling with minimum required knowledge to handle the organization. During the activities like taking interviews, managing mails,members in organisation in dc and in game in which i was involved as a high command, the understanding, my behaviour, interaction and my dedication among these gave me a strong belief and see myself as a leader of this organization
•Looking even more back at my time with Los Nomadas and vipers, I have gained a good understanding of how an org in this genre works and also where i can improve to be a leader. My main goal is to bring everyone together building a strong team with a united gaming mindset, because I believe that unity is key in building a strong team. With better coordination and role play, we can definitely boost our gameplay and achieve success.
•During my last terms with Los Nomadas,vipers I also learned a lot about leadership like how to make smart decisions when required under pressure and how to create effective strategies resulting a positive numbers to the organization. I have and will always be stayed loyal to the team followed by the rp guidelines/rules. Thus I was fully committed to continuing our works toward our goals.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
•One of the first things I wanted to suggest for any organization is to ensure consistency in IC gameplay. It’s important that there’s no favoritism or personal grudges influencing what happens in-character. I’ve seen this happen in other groups, and it can really hurt the experience for everyone.
•Everything that happens during IC should be meaningful and contribute to the organization’s goals in some way. It’s all about making sure our actions have a purpose obeying RP guidelines which also helps for a successful term completion.
•Another key point is keeping communication in a professional and respectful way, not just within our own team, but also with other organizations. Building good relationships with others in the RP community helps improve the overall gameplay experience for everyone.
