First, I have good experience as Under Deputy in all gangs in EN server, which helped me understand how gang management, communication, and discipline work. I know what keeps members active, loyal, and ready for any situation.
Second, I want to make Los Nomadas stand out for its realistic and creative RP. Many gangs just focus on shooting, but I want our gang to create proper RP moments — like planned robberies, hostage scenes, and smart negotiations — to make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
Third, I have worked as COO in Media ZA server and have been part of High Command in all state organizations, which has improved my leadership and management skills. I can handle responsibilities, guide members, and maintain discipline while keeping the gang active and respected in the city.

To improve RolePlay in the gang, I’ll focus on teamwork, communication, and creativity. Every action — whether it’s a robbery, a deal, or a gang meeting — should have proper RP and coordination. I’ll make sure all members follow RP rules, stay in character, and keep the gang’s image strong. My goal is to build the gang into one of the most active and respected RP gangs in the city.
