2.1 MY PAST EXPERIENCE : i work in many state organizations I am ex dhod of ads in media(hc) ,ex agents in FBI ,ex hod of ads in media (hc)(in 2nd term),ex senior constable in police, ex agents in gov, and now I am in government as ceo high command so i know how work Government and I know how to handle situations and people I organizations and I work in government so I know what is work of government and I increase doj department for citizens
2.2 - department : i hire 2 deputy for management and I appoint many high command rank because it's important for government I make best human resources department in weak 3 time human resources team condute training session for junior and trainee because it's important for city I conducte regularly meeting and in weak one time I conducte big meetings so I see my pepole he work or not

I make best promotion systems so it's impact in government and I inspection regularly so I see my people and I appoint best employe in government because gov is pillor of city and I make one chanal where citizens and employees say hc nature so I see hc can not use power for wrong use

3.1 - training session: I see in many state org not take training for his junior it's impact in organizations because he learn from training so I make best human resources department for training in human resources department I make many other department examples (trainers,perform checker) etc who take training and take perform check
