1. Passion for Roleplay ;I enjoy the immersive world of roleplay especially wit hin a government setup The opportunity to lead and create meaningful experiences for the team is something I look forward to. .
2. Leadership Experience : I have previous leadership experience as Deputy Chief at the hospital I’ e learn ed to manage teams make decisions under pressure a nd maintain organization which will help me lead effectively heree
3. Drive for Improvement;I am always looking for ways to improve I believe that a good leader is someone who strives to make things better whether that’s through new ideas or improving existing systems
What I Plan to Do
1. Enhance Communication I’ll make sure the team stays updated and well i nformed Regular meetings or messages will help prevent confusion and keep everyone on the same page
2. Training and Onboarding: New members should feel welcomed and trained properly I plan to introduce a. solid onboarding process so everyone understands their role and responsibilities clearly
3. Promote Teamwork: A well functioning team works together towards common goals I’ll encourage teamwork,,collaboration and mutual support among members to ensure the organization runs smoothly
