1. I have a good knowledge of rules of crime organizations and state organizations also and I have worked in all criminal organizations so i have a lot of experience working in criminal organizations and i know clearly how a gang works.
2. I have good communication skills that can help me a lot in this role and also it is very important for a leader to have good communication skills.
3. I know all rules for a leader to follow and after working in all criminal organizations and observing it carefully i think i can make it a better criminal organization and best criminal organization in rp grand for players to join and I will do my best for this organization.
Your advice for improving RolePlay in this organization.
1. Making up a requirements channel in that channel all requirements are given for rank up for gang members according to their rank.
2. Making high commands after a tough interview and if anyone wants to become high command then he have to do hardwork for organization and he must have a good knowledge of ghetto rules, general rules, Green Zone rules, event rules and after that he is selected for high command interview and then he have to pass a tough interview for high command and after that he becomes high command and then i will make sure that no high command do corruption in gang.
3. Making a system that no one can leave gang within 7 days after joining and if anybody wants to leave gang within 7 days after joining then he have to transfer 30k money to organization's balance.
