• I have been sefer from gangs as UD × 9 in all gangs EN#1 , inferno×deputy 1 time , 3 × Liberty ud , 3 × ud in los nómadas , 2 × vipers as UD.
• I have appling from many days now I can take it , welled knowledge about gangs , most criminal in city top 3 in sep month.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• Daily Training for New Recruits
To keep RP alive in organization. I will held daily trainings for newbies. these trainings can help them to grow up. I make a Rank for trainers who will give daily trainings to newbies to make them active and they will become know about rp rules. My this Decision can be very effective because i know it can help them in future for other organizations.
• Rewards Based on Performance
To boost motivation and keep members active, I’ll introduce a reward system based on performance and contribution. Members will also get gang salary but i will give them Rewards according to their performance. it can make Members much active and motivated.
• Daily Tasks to Keep the Gang Active
To maintain activity, I’ll assign daily tasks to members to keep Gang active and all task will be according to their ranks. like for newbies they have to take training and it will be their first task after that i will assign daily task that they have to do this event minimum like for example 2 time for newbie and it will increase according to rank
• Structured 15-Rank System for Role Distribution
To keep the gang organized, I plan to implement a ranking system with 15 total ranks which is divided into 5 low-rank, 5 mid-rank, and 5 high-rank positions. Each rank will have specific duties. This system will help new members find their place quickly, give active members goals to work toward. It’s not just to make organization work smoothly.
