Ans:
1. I am in last term work as a under deputy and I will enjoy with gang like do pf and territory and army raid
2. I am working this organisation from many days because I know this gang have many advantages and weak points like low salary and in last term we are maintained properly but member leave gang for join los nomdas because los nomdas giving good salary because I am thinking i will focus on salary.....

Ans: I am focus on salary in last term I am working as a under deputy and always loyal with gang and as under deputy I know why gang face problems like low salary because I am focus on salary last leader before not focus then los nomdas come all go and they will go and gang face may problem like I am give bonus for pf and I have also chain of command by the way I think old chain of command good
