1.) Extensive Experience as Deputy Governor: As the Deputy Governor, I have acquired significant knowledge about the responsibilities and expectations of a government leader. My involvement in decision-making, managing tasks, and ensuring smooth operations has prepared me to take on the Governor’s role with confidence and dedication.
2.) I also believe I can bring the divisions which are involved in government to be more active and provide their support in building the city together. I believe in ' rule together grow together ' which will also include the intrests of various organisations and citizens for the better rp experience of everyone
3.)Second thing Leadership needed commication skills , problem solving person , motivate and inspired to our team and others organization to how we are working and nice environment in city for government “so this thing I have so I am perfect for governor in government.”

By Holding Regular Meetings I will Organize weekly cabinet meetings with department heads to discuss weekly reports,issues and updates. Make these meetings public when appropriate to increase citizen engagement. By
Training and Motivating Leaders Work closely with department heads to ensure they’re running their teams effectively and promoting quality RP. Reward system will be best idea to boost RP
