1. I Know the Army Organization Well:
I have been with this group for a while, so I understand how it works. I want to keep it strong and help everyone feel like they belong.I love working with people and helping them do their best. Leading this group would give me the chance to guide and support them..
I have Good communication skills and it is the most important thing too and it's helpful in :
→ Build Relationships with members
→ it helps to improve members in game and in org
→ it helps in motivating members so he can work
Thirdly, sir with small experience I want to become leader of army and I will combine my all experience on ex liberty, Deputy leader ex pd senior officer ex fbi senior special agent ex inferno HC and trufer leader ex army ex los Nomadas currently (deputy leader)and turf leader member . And will try to make big achievement in army. And I also know the speed in which army is becoming strong and I will make it more and more strong with the help my co - operative members of army and together we will make this organisation best in the city of RP GRAND.I have also been leader of many things in real life such as class monitor, school head boy , school discipline caption, school sports captain and many more I know how to make a person happy with my words . I also have self confidence that I can say no one can do this work better than me.
Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I have many things to improve the rp for example creating different departments in army and give them specific work for example special ops unit and Human resource and military police
