Regular Training Programs: Create consistent training schedules so all members, new or experienced, can develop their RP skills.
Better Communication: Improve the use of in-character communication (radio RP, command RP) to make operations smoother and more realistic.
Organized Events: Host regular Army operations and RP events to increase engagement, teamwork, and activity in the organization.
