2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
I have always believed that Government plays one of the most important roles in maintaining structure, law, and balance across the entire city. With my previous experience in leadership positions, I am confident that I can bring both professionalism and creative RP ideas to make the Government more active and organized.
I have previously served as Public Relations (PR) Director for two full terms in Government in en, where I was responsible for managing public communication, planning events, and maintaining coordination with state organizations. Along with that, I have also served as General in the Army (8th Term), which gave me strong leadership, decision making, and management skills. These experiences have taught me how to handle responsibility with discipline and fairness.
My main goal this term is to make Government RP more dynamic, interactive, and useful for citizens. I plan to introduce new RP activities like public awareness programs, legal reforms, press conferences, and more direct interaction with the people of the city.
3. Your Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
Regular Government Meetings: To ensure communication and coordination between all departments.
Public Events & Conferences: To increase interaction between Government and the citizens.
Transparent System: Every member should have a defined duty and clear reporting structure.
Active Collaboration: Work closely with State organizations like Pd FBI, and Army to improve overall RP quality.
Better RP Environment: Focus on professionalism, creative scenes, and fair decision making to make Government RP more meaningful.
