2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I want to become the Leader of the Hospital because I believe the current condition of the department can be improved, and I’m confident in my ability to make it more active and effective. I have prior experience as a leader and know how to manage large teams, keep members motivated, and maintain consistent activity within an organization.
My goal is to serve the community and ensure that our team provides the highest standard of care in the city. Being part of the Hospital isn’t just about quick response times it’s about being there for people when they’re injured or in need, making critical decisions, and saving lives.
I also want to focus on helping our members grow and sustain themselves within the organization. My vision is to make the Hospital a respected and dynamic department that values teamwork, professionalism, and roleplay integrity.
I’ve served as Deputy Chief of Medic and Department Chief in every division, and I’ve been part of the Medic Department for 5 to 6 terms in the EN Server of RP Grand. I also have strong leadership experience as the Ex-Leader of Los Nómadas Gang in the same server. These roles have helped me develop the leadership qualities and organizational skills needed to guide the Hospital to new heights.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
If I selected as the Hospital Leader, I will focus on improving both the efficiency of our services and the growth of our members.
I will introduce a weekly bonus and promotion system based on employee performance to motivate staff and give everyone a fair opportunity to grow within the organization. To strengthen our role in public health, I will organize regular medical checkups for state organizations, blood donation drives, and medical camps to support the health of citizens and government employees.
In terms of operations, I will prioritize the GS Department to ensure quick and reliable ambulance services across the city, especially during emergencies. I also plan to enhance the HS Department to provide 24/7 medical support to citizens. The LT Department will be made more active and efficient in supplying essential medicines to the public.
Additionally, I will improve the training system for our staff. My goal is to ensure every member receives clear, structured, and practical training to maintain professionalism when dealing with citizens and higher authorities. I will redesign the training process to make it easier to understand and more effective for new and existing employees.
