2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be leader of police department because I am serving in rp grand from at least 1 year and had earned the experiences in en server too and have been served in the various organisations like pd , FBI and etc.
2. I have worked in all states org like HP(hc) , Army(hc), Goverment (hc) , FBI (hc), and now I want to go for PD leadership because mostly I have worked in PD so I have a very good knowledge of PD . Also I have learnt how to handle a conflict in between officers , how to manage a Hard situation as a leader .
3. I think my experience and skill will help me to handle the pd effectively and become a successfull leader of PD . Without corruption and favouritism all will be same under my justification.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1. I will organise a internal event for the pd employees and in that event the prize pool will be 100k with this they will stay active and they will be curious every week for the event.
2. I will keep a check on the warehouse about the tasers and other things.
3. I will weekly arrange meeting with the high commands and all employees and hear from there if they are facing any type of problems or not , if they have issues so we will work on towards the solution .
4. We will also conduct bonus promotion ceremony for the hard working employees of the pd
