1. Knowledge and Experience:
→I am just doing rp from last 1 year in En server and have enough and sufficient knowledge of rules,I just done rp in army as a Colonel(Hc) also am the ex Leader of Liberty 7th term,and deputy leader of all gangs.
2. Future plans:
→Army is one of the main and toughest org of city,so I just wanted to be leader of army to spread knowledge among new staff of server,so they got to know about army working so they carry on it for future.
3.Leadership skills:
→As I told before am ex leader in En so I think I have leadership skills to lead a state org and I also lead many departments in org state as a head of department.
Q.3:Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:
Firstly a leader should experienced deputies who have past experience of leadership and Concentrate on recruiting only those peoples who have knowledge about rules and they know how to be in Roleplay later giving chance and encouraging new players to have a good ghetto experience.
2. To improve performance, Organisation should announce a spec-ops team
who helps in events like Gang raids . Organisation also plan for a dedicated spec-ops Head and D-Head of spec-ops team who leads the team during events.
3. Have to make a bonus system and have to provide bonus
to org members who do their best in org and have to also announce the best member of the week who do his/her best in the org and shows his/her activities in the events and org works.
• These are some future plans in which a leader should have to focus to make term successfull.
