1. i want to lead the Police Department in RP Grand because I’m deeply committed to upholding law and order while ensuring the safety of all citizens. New recruits will receive proper in-character (IC) training as soon as they join. This helps them learn how to perform their duties effectively and maintain a high standard of roleplay. Regular patrols, combined with strong training, will ensure that all officers perform professionally and contribute positively to the RP environment.
Advice 2: Strengthening Communication, Professionalism, and Motivation
I will organize weekly in-character (IC) High Command meetings to evaluate performance, discuss challenges, and maintain coordination within the department. During public events or patrol operations, officers will be expected to communicate with professionalism and discipline, representing the Police Department with respect and authority.
We will also conduct promotion ceremonies to recognize officers’ hard work and dedication, and I will implement a bonus system to reward outstanding performance. This approach motivates officers to stay active and deliver their best in every situation.
