2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be leader of police department because I think I have been learning many leadership skill while working as a successful 2x chief of police , deputy chief of police , Head of department of TE . I managed to gain many experience in PD under the guidance of many seniors in en#1 server .
2. 2nd things while in the rp city I only worked in states like army, PD , FBI (now serving) so I have good knowledge in transferring trainings to new players in army also I was the best member of HRT in Vaibhav Soni sir term so I got good knowledge in this all and later in PD Krishna sir both term I worked hard and efficiently that I got deputy rank I and managed to know that what are the chiefs work in PD. And also one more thing that I have learned how to tackle the conflicts between collegaues I got to know while working in last two pd terms .
3. Also as I am playing this game for last 4-5 months maybe I am learning everyday the RP experience , what are the rule break of RP situations , etc. so I thinks if a got leadership i will try to educate my officers or new players in PD how to do proper Roleplay how to not to rule break of RP situations I will conduct trainings to them I will teach them from scratch I like to help people very much from the first when I don't know any RP from that time I am helping others now also I always try to help newbies. And one things I can assured you that no corruption , no favouritism, will be done under my leadership or guidence in PD .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1. For improvement in Roleplay I think I will do daily trainings to all highcommand to cadet ranks. So the does not do any mistake while doing roleplay , I will makesure to do patrolling in the city everyday so maintain criminals activity in city . Also we will take all the reports every end of the day from my deputys what are the things happend like any problems faced by officers or not like this things..
2. I will give all the ooc logs checking to IA dep and HR dep and any day I will randomly check the logs by myself that they are looking after it or not if someone is making mistake for first time so I will tell HC to rectify his or her mistakes , If I again see the mistake than I will tell my HC to give warning him and tell trainers to rectify his or her mistake properly so from next time he or she doesn't make any mistake.
3. Also we will conduct everyday Checkpoint event and ghetto patrolling event and I will ask all units to attend because as per my thoughts it's increases your professionalism skills , like how will you behave outside in other all org events how will be disciplined infront of other high ranks of other orgs, it's give a idea to us recognised later that who are more disciplined so we can take them outside without any second thoughts that they will not make any mess outside or not like that things. And we will make sure that also they behave properly in org radios and generals radios while arresting or looking after suspects .
4. Also we will conduct bonus promotion ceremonys for there hard works they are doing for PD. I will also promote them to there high ranks according to there work progress , learning new things , not making much mistakes, like that .
I think my experience from EN 1 will help PH server in leadership also I am assistant admin there so I got good experience in managing fair RP.
