Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
1. My Experience
I have proudly served in the army for six full terms and also a former army leader in EN1 where I learned how to command soldiers plan operations enforce discipline and guide the organization through challenges Over these terms I have not only gained experience but also improved myself as a leader becoming better at teamwork communication decision making and long term strategy
2. Helping the army grow
My vision is to create an army that is strong disciplined and respected by all factions in the city I will improve the way we train promote and reward soldiers so every member has a clear path to success Promotions will be based on skill loyalty and performance making sure that hardworking soldiers are always recognized By focusing on organized training sessions fair opportunities and strong discipline I will build a team where army becomes more powerful and respected in city
3. Building a Strong Team
A leader is nothing without a strong team My priority will be to build an army where every soldier feels respected motivated and important I will try to arrange regular meetings and feedback sessions so soldiers can share their concerns and ideas When soldiers feel valued they give their best in training and operations
Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
Realistic Military Rules
To make roleplay more professional we must follow real military practices such as formations radio codes patrol systems and combat drills This will not only improve organization but also give soldiers a sense of real military life making roleplay much more immersive and enjoyable
Discipline and Chain of Command
Respecting higher ranks is the backbone of any army soldiers must follow orders properly and anyone breaking the rules should face punishments warnings or demotions enforcing discipline ensures that the army remains serious well structured and respected by everyone in the city
Recruitment and Training System
New recruits will first go through basic training where they learn the rules discipline and basic roleplay commands
Weekly training sessions will be held for all ranks to improve skills teamwork and communication
This system will make sure that only well trained dedicated and serious soldiers remain in the army building a strong and effective organization
Teamwork with Other Groups
The army should work closely with police department government and other factions to organize large scale roleplay events like raids rescue missions city defenses and joint military operations These events will make roleplay more fun exciting and realistic for everyone while also showing the army’s strength and teamwork
Advanced Operations and Special Units
To improve role play i will upgrade my special units These units can handle advanced missions like stealth operations hostage rescues or high risk raids This will give soldiers more variety make roleplay more exciting and encourage soldiers to train harder and aim for elite positions
