2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
●I have experience of state and crime both.So I know how they work and their importance in rp grand and this knowledge of state and crime motivate me to be a leader of an organization.
●I have experience of vipers gang as gangster and In last term of los nomadas I was under deputy there and I am still working there as under deputy.So I gained good experience how crime org work and good knowledge of events like paint factory,bank robbery,military base attack and capture of terrotries I participated in all events and gained much experience there.
●I worked in state organization in army as LCPL in MP (military police department). I worked with HCs and especially about military base attack how to protect and about bank robbery and I also worked in Government as USSS AGENT which gave me good experience how to protect Federal bank I use there tactics in gang and win most of raids and robbery.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
●According to my experience I know how to keep gang members active in all event by a promotion system. Members those attend event and fill the event logs correctly we provide them deserving rank and we also manage a good bonus system and in every week there will be bonus and promotion ceremony to keep members happy and active.
●I hire experienced members who have great experience in HR department for making a good recruitment system. That will automatically reduce the chance mistake and breaking of rules in event.
●I assign a experienced training team which give training to members about there shooting a skills and defending themselves in event that lead to high chances of winning events.
