- As I have much experience of leadership and main thing also having experience in army as well as Lt.general. Am knowing all things about server rules as well as about army organisation also I like active organisations so if I be a leader my organisation will be active always as army has to be...
- Recently I completed my HP leadership and I also done so much activities as performing role play so this same thing which I wanted to do in army like I want to increase role play... Agreed with such events which army having like bank robbery, warehouse protection, ghetto patrolling etc. so also will work on this and at also other role play's.
- Professionalism is very important thing in every state organisation and in army the professionalism is most important thing as well character's decipline. As I was ex leader of pD I am also knowing about ghetto patrolling so in army we will do that at very professional level which will reflect better role play and will make sure that all activities should be high & professionally.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
- We will do parade and internal events in army for soldiers so they will also get entertainment. Bonus ceremony will be organised and promotion ceremony's also so soldiers will get their ranks at time and spamming or unprofessionalism will not be there.
- Mostly I observed that most of organisation members working on dc rather than performing activities in IC so I will make sure that my organization will be more active in IC and always be ready to perform a role play.
- As I said for improving role play I will organise a great parade in which citizens get invited to see that and in very professional way army will do that and it will be first time in city... Parade should be done by walking together or moving cars together and when it ends at the end of the time all will salute together. So this are my some ideas which will make army best.
