-> I was High Command (Rank 10 Event Leader) in last term. I understood that how to run a gang being in that position last term. That experience gives me a confidence that I can lead the gang successfully.
-> I noticed many points in last term as a member in that gang that how to run a gang. I came to know what things to be included and what to excluded to lead the term successfully.
-> My point here is to make everyone to do role play actively by following all the rules. I have potential that I can maintain an organization with lot members and make them to feel good to to do role play.
-> I am having prior experience in many organizations and I am with full of knowledge in all server rules and gang rules.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.
First and foremost there should be no place to the Nepotism or favouritism.
No revenge should takes place in organizations.
Should maintain a good communication and good bond with all the gang mates from low to high.
No conflicts with any other organizations unwantedly.
Should punish anyone without partiality who done something against to rules or break rules.
