2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans : I wanna to be leader of los nomadas because I know all rules and regulations I am very polite and kind I have a lot of experience I work in 6 organisation i regularly feedback to update and fill form for updates I regularly feedback to the game and tell them to what to add I am very friendly I will help players to understand rules I reply to their all messages I make sure that they know rules and don't do mistakes I will make los nomadas the best organisation in the game..
-- I have very good communication skills and I have knowledge of talking If I will be the leader so I never thought that i am the leader I think I am a normal member of organisation.
-- I wanna to want the leader of los nomadas is also because I think I can handle the gang I can make it a best gang ever because I know rules I never do a mistake and I make them a person who never forget the rules ..
-- I never connect organisation and friendship and I take everyone interview I ask hard questions so we will get a good , hardworking and all rules knowing person..
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans : I see in many organisation that people didn't know all the rules their friends help them to join los nomadas without interview.
I make sure that everyone in the gang know the rules and regulations I will give them personal training to them for rules in which language they understand but I tell them to talk in English in game and in organisation ..
- I think In many organisation people didn't know English properly and speak in false language I make sure that they always speak in english and have good communication skills and if anyone new come in headquarters and want to join los nomadas everyone have the skills to explain the whole process to them and if they have time they help them to explain them rules..
