Ans :- because in first term leader yug in im high command position of 13-Og Nomadas and in second term im 11-under deputy and i know better how to run a organization and i do a successful term in third term .

We need a strong leaders and high commands because to handle the member in organization And We should respect each other and give training to newbies.
