1. Taking players in Organisation after a proper Interview with proper details and knowledge about Role Play we have increased shooter our gang
2. If the player have no proper knowledge then providing a proper guidance about how to role play game and then taking the player after proper knowledge we have taken care of him we treat like as a brother
3. No nepotism in Organisation and promotions on the basis of performance and work that person good works we have increased that person rank
4. Proper maintenance our organisation
