2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
¶ I have HC experience in VIPERS (2x).¶
¶ I also have HC experience in INFERNO (1x).¶
¶ Currently, I am working in HP.¶
× I have also worked in the government as part of TF-141, which gave me deep
knowledge about tactics used during Federal Bank Robbery Protection. This experience will help me counter government strategies effectively and give INFERNO a strong advantage. ×
1. Increasing Activities and Presence in the City:
• One of my main priorities will be to make sure INFERNO is always active and recognized. A gang loses its influence if members go inactive or only show up occasionally. I plan to conduct regular turf wars, street dominance events, and gang meetings so that the presence of INFERNO is always felt.
• Whenever people see the RED colors of INFERNO, they should instantly recognize who controls the streets. To achieve this, I will create a structured deputy leader system:
•1 Deputy Leader to monitor member performance and progress.
• 1 Deputy Leader specialized in commanding during events to secure victories.
• 1 Deputy Leader trained in capturing and defending territories.
• Each Deputy Leader will also have 2 “Under Deputies” so that operations never stop, even if someone is unavailable. With this system, INFERNO will become the most active and feared gang in the city.
2. Organising Professional Criminal RP:
• Random shootouts create chaos and lower the reputation of gangs. My vision is to bring professionalism and structure into INFERNO.
• I will focus on:
Big, well-planned heists with assigned roles Organized drug and weapon trades.
Disciplined territory captures with clear communication.
• Every mission will be executed with precision. I will personally lead high-risk events like Federal Bank Robbery and Army Base Raids, ensuring strategy, coordination, and success. Under my leadership, INFERNO will not just be strong — it will be respected for its smart moves.
3. Building Loyalty and Unity in the Gang:
• Weapons do not make a gang powerful loyalty and unity do.• I will ensure that INFERNO feels like a family where every member is valued. New recruits will be guided, active players will be rewarded, and conflicts will be solved quickly. My vision is to build brotherhood and loyalty so strong that no one feels left out.
• With this unity, INFERNO will rise above every rival gang and even challenge legal organizations with confidence.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
MY ADVICE FOR IMPROVING ROLEPLAY :
1. Stronger Gang Identity:
• I will enforce discipline in how members dress, talk, and act.• A proper gang uniform/dress code will be introduced, so INFERNO members are instantly recognizable and respected. BUT NOW IT IS NOT NEEDED AS THE WARDROBE IS INCLUDED IN THE GAME.
2. Smarter Criminal Operations:
• No more unplanned fights — every operation will be strategic and roleplay-driven.• I will introduce COT Specialists (Capturing of Territories Specialists) — only skilled shooters and experienced players will be assigned this role.
• A High Command leader will always coordinate events, giving members a clear chain of command.
3. Training & Guidance for New Members:
• Newcomers often lack proper gang RP knowledge, leading to mistakes.• I will assign OG INFERNO players the duty of training recruits in rules, discipline, and RP basics.
• Training will cover everything: from Paint Factory defense to Bank Robbery protocols, avoiding DM/RDM/PG/MG, etc.
• This system will not only make them good gang members but also prepare them for possible future roles in legal organizations.
4. Territories Control with Strategy:
• Instead of rushing blindly, we will use teamwork, communication, and positioning during wars.• My strategy: target popular gang territories first — this builds INFERNO’s name and spreads fear.
• With this dominance, weaker gangs will avoid challenging us, and stronger gangs will be forced to stay defensive. This way, INFERNO becomes the most powerful and respected gang.
