Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization: I want to be the leader of Los Nomadas since I have been a leader in RP Grand before also, I used to be the leader of Media and I was doing great but in my term's midst my close relative passed away due to which I had to quit my leadership but now I think I am back on track and this time I would like to prove myself as much as possible and I would like to make my term this time a great term for all, I also have the leadership skills since I was a ex leader so I would like to continue the reputation of myself and RP Grand to be great. I would like to expand my experience in the field of crime also and I surely will do a great job this time.

Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization: My advices to improve roleplay for my organisation would be to be highly active by hosting events such as store robberies, hostage situations and more. But this is a point which most of the applicants might say and even I say this, but an important aspect are the rules of RP Grand, these rules are the base of the game but many people do not follow it nor do many know about it but I have dedicated myself to follow these and I would like my fellow crime members to apply these also since this aspect might increase roleplay toa new level, I will teach my gang mates these rules and I will follow it during every event. These were the aspects where I might be able to increase RP
