--> I want to become leader because I was Under Deputy and Turf Leader in the last term of los nomadas so I know better about ghetto and can give good RP.
--> I want because im also experienced and know how gang work.
--> I also know so many things and know rules to give good RP to players and do not do nepotism.

My advice in improving roleplay are:
--> I will help new players who joined RP grand
to guide them to how to join organization what are the rules etc.
--> I help them to know the about ghetto and what to do in gang, how to do events.
--> I ensure to hire deputies who are experienced and know rules and know about ghetto and know how to do events.
