2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. From being a trainee to deputy director I have experienced every rank over the past nine terms in the FBI: 1 terms as trainer under Nelson FX , 1 terms as HOD and 2 terms as AD under Mr Marlega , 1 terms as EAD and 2 as EAD + SOG Leader under Mr Gandhi , 4 terms as Deputy Director under Arvind Sharma & Mr yash Rathod
2. During my experience in the FBI, I have learned many valuable skills, such as how to manage Staff and High commands , how to Guide new members in the organization by giving trainings and also know how to manage special operation Groups communicate team members, and solve organizational problems by organizing weekly meetings.
3. I believe my communication skills and experience will help me effectively manage an organization and become a successful leader.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization.
1. If I become the leader, I want to change few ranks and ensure that the high command (HC) of the organization will have offices with past FBI experience. This is because HC is a highly responsible position and ensure that the human resource and traning team (HR)&(TT) because this two position are main to Guide new members in the organization
2. I will create special force colbert with army and pd to protect the city
3. I will arrange weekly meetings with all members and the high command to discuss organisation issues and work towards solutions and Announce best performance of the week , give promotions and bonuses for hard work
This will help and engage people and ensure a successful term and maintain a conflict-free organisation.
