Answer:
1) I have experience as a trainee to Deputy director in the MR Gandhi sir team , MR arvind sir team and MR YASH RATHOR sir team . I have got experience about hc and how it works and I am capable of managing the organisation , I have a strong understanding of the game I can help new players and i have strong knowledge of RP rules and IC laws
2) Encourage my agents in my team to do role play and inform them about the role play so that they will gain more experience.As an FBI leader , I will reduce the crime rate in the city and bring justice to citizens.
3) If I am chosen as an FBI leader, I will give my agents the experience of working as real-life FBI agents, especially making sure they don't break any rules, and if they do, they will be punished. If necessary, I will start a new role for him. I will explain the rules to him

As FBI Director, i improve training process . I will arrange meetings with members and high command to discuss organisation issues and according to the hard work of the agent i provide bonuses and promotion to them .
