Ans- 1. I have served the city for over 9 months and been a part of more than 5 organizations, gaining valuable insights into both the operational and strategic aspects of law enforcement. I previously held the role of Deputy Director (FBI) under Mr Yash Rathod and Executive Assistant Director (FBI) under Arvind Sharma sir and serve as Chief of Staff in PD under Krishna Malik. These roles have equipped me with the experience required to lead a prestigious agency like the FBI.

1. Introduce a fair and performance-based bonus system to reward members for their efforts in operations, investigations and maintaining high-quality RP, motivating them to stay active and engaged.
2. Encourage regular training sessions, patrol schedules and organized events to maintain high activity levels and ensure members are consistently involved in RP scenarios.
3. Strictly enforce RP standards and server rules, ensuring that all members act professionally, follow proper procedures and create immersive experiences for both colleagues and the public.
4. Promote a culture where every member treats civilians, other organizations and the city environment with respect, helping build a positive reputation for the agency and enhancing the
overall RP quality.
