I filed a complaint against a player named khojendra IAS with the act of GR 3.1 and rolexx sir xx banned him but the same complaint I filed against an army officer named Sagar kc with the same act then instead of ban rolexx sir xx silenced him for 60 minutes why there is a discrimination?
