Leader for: I want to be leader for viper gang because I think viper gang is very nice gang I would like to become leader of viper.
Why do you want to be the leader of this organization 3 reasons:
1: responsibility: I am a responsible person. Who likes to follow rules. Rules are for everyone. I have seen and learned the rules and responsibilities I think I would be able to become a great leader and I would make every member follow rules.
2: power: I would bring power to the gang. Whenever someone is talking about gang they will always think about viper. Viper would become the best gang.
3: loyal: the leader should be loyal so everyone can blindly trust on his leader whenever leader say something they will do it with trust.
Extra reason:
Experience: in past I have played in organizations to increase my experience in rp I have played in a team so I now how to work in team work
Active: I would also make so members will be more active. I will ask members about the time they are free so according to that I will give member a timing which suits them the best so it will make member more active
Advice for improving roleplay:
Increase wage/salary for organization which has very low salary it will help people grinding for etc little bit easier.
Respect give members respect every member deserves respect some senior has attitude try to fix that it will make rp fun.
When a new player join you should give him some tips like what to do in this org and what not to do etc.
