1. Why do you want to become an admin?
-Thank you for considering my application. I'm a dedicated player with 3.5 years of Grand RP experience and highly intense playing on LEO, gang, and much more things across EN1, EN2, and EN3. This passion to serve the community is what has driven me to contribute and become an admin. In that regard, during my period at Grand RP, I'd say that I very much understand the nature of the game and the reason for good roleplay standards in this regard. Thus, I would attempt being an administrator to create such a milieu that would be ready to allow a player to totally immerse himself into the scenario, as newcomers and veterans alike may stroll into it. I always welcome newcomers into the complexities of the game and make them a part of our community. i also break some of server rules like many humans do. However, I do believe that one learns from experience in order to grow. I commit myself to upholding the rules of the server, its values, and to continually work on ways to enhance everyone's overall roleplay experience. I will hold a respectful atmosphere that encourages creativity and collaboration amongst players. If I were given a chance to be an admin, I would make communication and transparency the topmost priority so that all of us players could have something to say in our community. I look forward to working with the admin team to put through improvements and any other issues that might come about.
2. What are your strengths?
-One of my strengths is the merciful approach. If I see someone breaking the rules, I believe imposing consequences, but I also take time explaining this mistake so that the player learns and grows from it.
3.What are your biggest weaknesses?
As we all know no one is prefect same for me short-tempered at times. However, I see them; I am working to manage them and see that it maintains a positive and constructive environment.
4. Will you be ready to leave the RP life and become an admin?
