Reasons Why I Want To Be The Leader:
1. I want to create a proper organisation for players playing with proper role play and I as a leader I will never forget my kindness and respect towards every and each player
2. I want a proper competition between organisation
3. I worked for Government And Army in Higher Rank so I have so much experience in rp grand and now at Trusted post now I learned the rules for proper RP I want to create proper organisation with No Nepotism

Advice For Improving Role Play In The Organisation:
1. Taking players in Organisation after a proper Interview with proper details and knowledge about Role Play
2. If the player have no proper knowledge then providing a proper guidance about how to role play and then taking the player after proper knowledge
3. No nepotism in Organisation and promotions on the basis of performance and work
4. Proper maintenance of Organisation and players and maintaining a proper competition to enjoy role play
