To be the leader of this organization
I am really inspired by the true Mafia & gangster community that inspiration brought me here I want to be in the underworld
Reason no 1 : I want to be the leader cause I know how dark market works how loyalty works and each choices has consequences in gangster world loyalty is sacred for us I would love to manage it and I know very good knowledge about managing leadership but I will not only working as a leader there I will be like a team to my family cause in a family equality matters the most
Reason no 2 : how much bad we are for the state we rob we sell illegal substances we create troubles to the society but as being a leader I will be humble to my family to my newbies I will always respect and care train them in a special way the trouble we going to create in the state needs the good team work to manage viper I can be the good leader as well the dangerous one in the city
Reason no 3 : To run a big illegal organization in Rp grand needs a big potential leader I am good at communicating and I am good at inspiring my dark philosophy the aura of interest to managing the illegal organization I would love to be a leader to organize this illegal organization with my gratitude but I am down to earth too

My advice of improving role play is cutting nepotism from the leadership side
Cause the environment factors are for developers to make beautiful environment and feature to role play
The management factor is for admins to punish non role play civilians
And the biggest responsibility of the leaders of any organization is cutting nepotism giving a fair chance and fair promotions to the one who deserves it . Cause leadership is not about controlling it’s about filtering too
Great powers comes to the one who is capable of using it I can improve roleplay on this side
