Why do you want to be the leader of this organization 3 reasons:
1: responsibility: in order to run and maintain a gang you need a responsible person who knows rules who is responsible enough to run gang.
2: mindset: a person who has a clear mindset and a clear goal which leads to success. A person who has a mindset is better than anyone
3: loyalty: importantly the person needs to be loyal so everyone can blindly trust on his leader whenever leader say something they will do it with trust.
