Ans. 1. I want to make competition between gangs as we all know there is only one gang in city currently. I will give a tough competition to other gang and i have quality of facing challenges and problems.
2. I believe that i will become a good leader, i consider every member of my gang as my friend and consider them equal in case of conflicts,i will ensure that any highcommand cannot oppress any low rank member and i will consider my gang my first priority and i will try my best to make my gang best
3. I will try my best to teach every member about how to fight with other gang and ghetto rules. I will organize exam (interview) for newbies. I have a great vision to gain more power and to have a control over gang Island.

Ans. As we all know there are many rules break by other gang to solve that issue in my gang i will organize training session for my gang and special training for highcommands and truf team.
