1. Experience : With an Experience of Over Six months of Role Play gaming in RP GRAND from the begining, Deputy HOD under the leadership of NELSON FX and Deputy Director under the leadership of Mr.MARLEGA(In the present term), I have been trained to train new players and help them create their Character in fair RP.
2. Making RP More Fun: After the Jail update, I want to create exciting roles and new strategies to reduce crime and make the game more engaging and fun for everyone.
3. Clear Understanding of Rules: I understand the rules and penal codes well, and I can guide officers to improve the RP experience.
3. Ideas to Improve Role Play in the Organization
1. Human Resource Team: Create a team to monitor officers' behaviour and ensure fair promotions and thus building a bridge between new players and the officers.
2. More Ranks: Even though PD has a lot of Ranks which are very confusing I will modify and add new ranks to motivate officers and give clear paths for growth.
3. Better Legal System: Set up a clearer system for handling cases to make the legal side of RP more realistic.
4. Weekend Rewards: I will make sure to conduct a weekend meeting with all the team and offer rewards for good performance to keep officers motivated and engaged.
