- I am very old in the city and knew all the rules and regulations I worked in gangs as well as state org and i know how they work.
- From some following PD 's past term are going very will and I want to contribute in it to maintain the legacy of the department all over the city. along with I have many great plans to do in PD future and some are explained more below down.
- I’m confident that with my experience, I can work with other organizations to make the FIB even more effective in fighting crime and ensuring peace.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
- I will try to give a proper awareness regarding the general rules and regulations of City so that people will avoid any kind of mistakes and stay out of trouble. Additionally, I'll introduce proper training programs for newcomers, enabling them to understand the organisation operations and contribute effectively to the city's safety and pride.
- I intend to introduce incentives such as joining bonuses and rewards for participation in each and every events as well as special operations. This lead to foster active engagement from all members, ensuring that our organization remains proactive and dynamic. Furthermore, I'll establish a transparent promotion system solely based on merit, eliminating any room for favoritism.
Departments
The Human Resources (HR) department is the heart of the PD. It handles recruitment, bringing in fresh talent, and it also trains new agents to make sure they understand the organization’s role and how to RP properly in different scenarios. Proper training helps everyone, especially newer players, to stay in character and enjoy more immersive RP.
The Internal Affairs (IA) department plays a critical role in keeping the organization clean. This department is in charge of preventing corruption within the PD, ensuring that all agents follow the rules. IA will checks body cam footage to make sure agents are performing their duties correctly, handles log checks, and monitors overall activity to make sure no one is cutting corners. It creates a transparent environment where every agent knows they’re accountable.
Then, we have the Gang Suppression Unit (GSU), which is our combat and rapid response team. This unit will be involved in the city's most intense situations—like gang raid. They work closely with other law enforcement groups and lead covert operations on gangs. This team will be the first to respond to red alerts, and they are tasked with executing tactical operations with precision, keeping the city safe from organized crime.
Finally, there’s the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). This department is vital for gathering evidence on gangs and criminal organizations. They’ll lead convert investigations and raids to seize illegal weapons, shut down crime rings, and stop the flow of firearms into the wrong hands. CID will focus on long-term investigations, making sure our RP has depth and continuity, as every action will have real consequences for crime in the city.
