Ans: There are many reasons of being leader if police department but there are some reasons:
-- I am very polite and good person and very understanding so if any police officer need help I will solve it ....
-- I know all rules and regulations so it help police department and citizens to so we can catch criminals fast ....
--I am a experienced player I have 7 organization experience 3xvipers,los nomadas , inferno, police, army, government and fbi too so I know all rules I can handle criminals....
-- I have shooting skills so If there is any attack we can handle it I will give all of them personally traning so they all get good skills and we can make police best organisation....
--I have seen many players that join police department without knowing any rules only with there high command friends so I will ask randomly questions to anyone if he/she don't know I will teach them if again they will get punishment if again they have to leave police department....
--I have driving skills I will also give all of them training of driving so we can catch criminals easily and fastly...
-- I am a good listener so I will listen all person idea then take action...
-- I have good communication skills so I don't speak blindly....
-- I promise if I become leader I will make the police the best organisation...
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay
in the organization.
Ans: I think police department is good but I said that :
--I have seen many players that join police department without knowing any rules only with there high command friends so I will ask randomly questions to anyone if he/she don't know I will teach them if again they will get punishment if again they have to leave police department....
Only this thing have to improve I will improve it....
